Lucius is walking in the courtyard of the villa speaking to one of the guards and the head tax collecter, "Remember, some of the homes in the southern part of town have missed payments, if need be send a few men with some of the collecters if need be. Though if you do remember to make sure they don't kill anyone, we don't want to start a damn rebellion. He says to the two men.

"Yes sir I will order a man to follow should he be requested." The soldier responds.

"Very well, I will tell the collectors who are more easily frightened to request an escort my lord." The Tax collector says before giving a small bow and running off.

Lucius and the soldier continue to speak for a time.

Marceline was led to her new Master and forced on her knees. "Master, her parents are selling her to keep their home" The man said with a smirk, Marceline looked at the ground and kept quiet. She was terrified and didn't know what to do.

Lucius looks down at the woman for a moment before looking back up at the man, "Good, I was hoping to find another one..." He says with a small smile, he glaces at the soldier, "Dismissed." He says to him then looks back to the woman and man.

"What are her skills?" He asks the man.

He shrugged "She is sixteen...I don't know anything other than that except she is half Vampire, half Werewolf" He smirked "An ugly one too"
