Everyone in the clan came to help. They all came in through the back door bring chocolate as they did. Fang was the last one in and had a backpack full of the stuff. She pulled Alex down to her level and whispered, "Don't tell the other girls, but I have a secret stash!" She laughed and set down the bag, getting to work on the house with the other forty or so people.

Tay sighed. "Okay, you win this time.." He pulled her down onto his lap. "But the war has just begun." He kisses Alex oh the head then let her go, watching Blaze run in wolf form between people's feet.

She licked his cheek "I was kidding on the chocolate" She giggled "But now I get to-" There was a knock on the door she snarled "My parents..." She went to the door, snarling, then turned into her vampire form and opened it "What do you want?"

Her father grabbed her wrist" You are coming home and are going to give me what I ant"

She punched him "No, THIS is my family now...GO AWAY" She was pissed off "I AM NOT YOUR SLAVE, I AM YOUR DAUGHTER...PARENTS ARE SUPPOSED TO LOVE THEIR CHILDREN" She saw her Mom holding a baby boy

Her Mom gave her the boy "He is as shitty as you are" She snarled "Asshole is your brother...now your baby...bye" They left

Alex closed the door "I have a brother...can't be more than some days old" She held him close as he cried, then walked to Taylor "We have a new member..." She sighed softly "He has my eyes...And he is my brother..." She smiled ad kissed his forehead, then said softly "You don't mind...do you Tay?"

Blaze had an instant connection with the baby. "Can I hold him?" He asked softly.

Tay looked at Alex and closed his eyes. "I don't mind." He smiled softly and laid his head back. "He is just like you.." Tay winced as he tried to re adjust.

She smiled "Yes...I know..." She gave him to Blaze "Be careful...please, he is the only one biological relative I have..." She said softly "Blaze, I want you to be my brother's best friend...I'll even let you name him" She said in a soft voice

Blaze held him close to his heart, and it made him stop crying. "He likes me.." Blaze walked to a clean corner and sat down, rocking the baby and humming.

"Alex.." Tay said looking to her.
