"So you expected loyalty out of a slave?" He asked he idea seemed right but still a lot wrong with it. "Loyalty is earned not bought..." he said. he sighed, he felt bad for her but what could he do.

She sighed softly, feeling stupid. She forced herself to look emotionless

"I'm sorry, I do like you, we are both alone...and confused on what our life holds. well i'm a slave...so i guess this is it." He said with a smile trying to pick her back up. "We don't always have to be so dull. We can do whatever you want." He smiled brightly.

She stayed emotionless and so did her voice "Let's just play checkers..."

"Ok...lets do that."He waited patiently. Everything he was saying was no good. He felt like he was hurting her more then helping.
