"I'm Steven, and this is", he gestured to the rather large room, "Where you'll be living for now on. That cage looked rather uncomfortable." He sat down by her on the bed, and placed a blanket over her. "Now, my dear stranger, I must ask, what's your real name? Because what the guard called you can not be it. It's just simply un-acceptable."

She looked saddened by his question. "J-Just call me Shitface..." She said softly. "It's on my birth certificate..." She coughed again.

"I am Steven, and you in my room, my bed, more specifically." He said, covering her up with a blanket. "This is also where you may call home for now on, if you wish. What's your name?" He asked her, scanning her over a few more times.

She whimpered "Shitface Asshol is my name" She said softly, terrified. She didn't like being a blood slave and she was hurting badly.

And back to your name, if I were cruel enough to call you that, I would have just left you in your cage, so please, what is YOUR name.
